The partnership transformed their production capacity and evolved into an ongoing creative collaboration. By taking full ownership of their editing workflow, I delivered videos that not only matched their signature style but exceeded their expectations in pacing, color grading, and overall visual storytelling. The relationship deepened from long-form tutorial videos into expanded scope—now managing short-form content for Instagram and YouTube Shorts as well.
Challenge
Lees Happy Beans, a 25K+ subscriber YouTube channel focused on espresso reviews and coffee tutorials, needed to scale their video production without compromising quality or brand consistency. Their in-house editing capacity couldn't meet the demand for regular, high-quality uploads. The challenge was finding an editor who could understand their specific editing style, pacing preferences, and production standards, while maintaining reliable communication and the ability to integrate feedback seamlessly into the workflow.
