University of Canada West needed a thought leadership platform connecting students with real entrepreneurs. The challenge was orchestrating guest research and screening, podcast production and distribution across platforms, while expanding into themed conferences around fintech, digital marketing, and machine learning.

Results

50 episodes, 80,000 downloads. Students gained direct access to featured entrepreneurs, resulting in internships, jobs, and new ventures. The podcast evolved into a strategic funnel: themed conferences deepened student-expert relationships, strengthening the university's reputation as an innovation hub.
